The ideal candidate can be located anywhere within the DC, VA, MD area and must be driven for success. This is a great chance to join a growing company with EXISTING Federal customers and contracts to sell into.

Compensation: Dependant on experience
* Base $85k - $100k+ (this is negotiable)
* OTE $175k - $200k+ (this is negotiable)

Requirements
* BA/BS undergraduate degree and 5 years successful software sales experience
* Previous experience selling security products or services
* Experience selling to the Federal Government ideally into Civilian agencies.
* Experience attaining >$1M annual quotas
* Effective organizational and time management skills
* Must posse strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication and customer relationship skills
* Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com WebEx, Brainshark (or similar) and web browsers
* Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles and strives to improve skills and achieve goals
* Consistently moves the customer or prospect towards commitment and closes sales that exceed customer expectations
