As a Financial Advisor for this firm, your task will be to leverage your professional experience and combine it with your ability to gain and keep your client?s confidence in order for him or her to trust you with managing their wealth. As an Advisor for this firm, you will be able to provide your clients with just about every financial service available in the market today.

You will be able to provide an end-to-end platform of financial services - everything from cash management to financial planning, brokerage services, estate planning, block trading, and alternative investments, in addition to M&A advisory services for middle-market privately held companies. You would also be a member of one of the nation's leading providers of defined benefit and defined contribution plans, as well as corporate stock plan services and administration.

From personal and home loan products to countless financing opportunities for your business-owner clients, you will truly be a one-stop solution for all of your client's financial needs.

No experience is required in this industry as they will provide you with all of the training and licensure required to be successful. They do ask, however, that you are someone who is comfortable in a ?sales? role, as your goal will be to ultimately sell yourself to your clients as they entrust you with their financial goals.


Details about their Compensation

If you are hired into this position, you can be comfortable in knowing that your financial needs will be taken care of as you make your way into the business while you are training and growing your business. They will provide you a respectable salary for close to three years in addition to any commissions and bonuses you may earn along the way. No other firm in the industry pays a salary for this long for a ?training? program such as this.

At the end of the three years, you should have enough clients and automatic revenues being generated that your salary will then be replaced by the recurring commissions.

Without knowing your background, it?s hard to say exactly what your salary will be, but we have seen starting salaries ranging between $42,000 and $95,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses.

And the best part about this business is that you own equity in it! What that means is that as you grow your business, when it comes time to finally retire or leave the business all together, you can sell back your business for a sizable amount of profit!
