As a Planning Center for Financial Advisor, you do not just go out and “build a book” of business, you build lifetime relationships. You will take a one-on-one, face-to-face approach; allowing you to start to understand your client’s needs. Creating custom tailored personalized financial analysis and recommendations to help each individual client realize and achieve those dreams. We offer an entrepreneurial atmosphere which allows you to grow and the flexibility to earn as much income as you desire. We set you up with a training program taught by professionals with over 15 years experience, which would include a staff of Attorneys, CPAs, CFPs, and many more. We will give you the tools and the right market to be successful.

Our firm provides a staff with over 50 years of proven success in the business owner marketplace. You will have access to our comprehensive training methods that we feel are second to none.

This is a sales position for a highly motivated person who is now or wants to be an entrepreneur.


What is expected:
• Prospect/locate potential clients
• Set appointments
• Understand client’s Goals
• Perform financial needs analysis
• Prepare and illustrate customized financial plans*
• Recommend specific and appropriate products
• Service current accounts
• Maintain/build long-term relationships with existing clients
Applicant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher " financial services, finance, business administration, economics, accounting or law preferred.
• Also acceptable are professional designations such as CFP®, ChFC®, CPA, or JD.
• Track record of success in academic and/or career endeavors
• Ability to handle long hours and rigorous training
• Impeccable character " All applicants will be subject to thorough background checks, including criminal and credit checks.

*** Applicants must have lived in the Greater New York Metropolitan area for three years or more.

Experience:

Sales experience helpful, but not required. Consideration for training will be given to the right person.

Other:

Must be ambitious, energetic, service oriented and independent.
